Order Processing and Status

3-Day, 2-Day or 1-Day Service orders placed by 1:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling PUMA customer service. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your packages.

You can also check the status of your order under the "My Account" section of our web site.

Note that some items may ship from different warehouses in separate packages. Information on partial shipments will be noted on the packing slips included in each package. If you do not receive your entire order within 5-7 days, please contact PUMA customer service.

Allowed Delivery Addresses

PUMA ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, but delivery times may be longer than those listed below.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Customers may choose one of the following shipping methods:

*Standard shipping fee to Puerto Rico and other overseas U.S. Territories is $15.00.
**If order placed by 1:00 pm eastern time Mon-Fri

Standard Service
Standard service is provided via FedEx ground service with final delivery via the FedEx or United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days.

3-Day, 2-Day or 1-Day Service
Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 1:00pm ET. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm ET and over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. 3-Day, 2-Day or 1-Day services are not available to PO Boxes, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders with merchandise value above $85 (net of discounts and promotions) qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. This offer is valid only for shipments to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.
For shipments to U.S. Territories: Orders with merchandise value above $85 (net of discounts and promotions) qualify for the discounted Standard Shipping fee of $8.00.
