PUMA ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, but delivery times may be longer than those listed below.

Order Processing and Status

Express or Next-Day orders placed by 1:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling PUMA customer service. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your packages.

You can also check the status of your order under the "My Account" section of our web site.

Note that some items may ship from different warehouses in separate packages. Information on partial shipments will be noted on the packing slips included in each package. If you do not receive your entire order within 5-7 days, please contact PUMA customer service.
