PUMA.com is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. For your convenience, you will be able to print a pre-paid shipping label for returns from the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. You may return any PUMA products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value.
Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please see Gift Card FAQs for returns of purchases involving PUMA Gift Cards.
Customers from the U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico) should use the return label on your packing slip and return using a carrier of your choice to:
