Returns
Easy, Convenient Returns
We include a pre-paid UPS return shipping label with every package to make returns simple and inexpensive (for customers in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia). You may return any PUMA products within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value, less $3.95 if our pre-paid shipping label is used.
Residents of U.S. Territories or Canada cannot use this return shipping label; we suggest sending your return using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice.
Please follow the instructions found on the back of the packing slip to return an item. Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Credit for returns will generally be issued to the original payment method, but please refer to our Gift Card FAQs for returns of purchases involving PUMA Gift Cards.
PUMA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
To exchange an order, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order online. You may call us or contact us via email customerservice@puma.com with both your original and new order numbers in order to obtain a credit on the shipping fee for the new order – note that this applies to Standard shipping only.
Returns to PUMA Stores
PUMA orders may be returned at a PUMA retail store or outlet for store credit only, if accompanied by the packing slip and original product packaging. (For our customers' protection, our stores do not have access to your credit card information.) Click here to find a PUMA store near you.
Items Purchased Elsewhere
Products purchased from PUMA retail stores or at other retailers should be returned to the outlet from which you originally purchased the item.
