The PUMA Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as PGC) is issued by PUMA AG Rudolf Dassler Sport (hereinafter referred to as PUMA AG), W├╝rzburger Str. 13, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany

Terms and Conditions for the usage of the PGC:

The PGC is inactive until activated by a participating PUMA Store, i.e. from that time the PGC can be charged (inpayment) and the amount of actual credit can be asked for at each cash desk of any participating PUMA Store. A list of participating stores can be found under

The PGC can be charged to a maximum credit value of Euro 750, irrespective of the currency in which it is/was charged. Activation and charging must only be conducted by adults (minimum 18 years of age) or by minors accompanied by and with consent of its parent(s).

The PGC can be used to pay for products in all participating PUMA stores. Further information in this context can be found under

With each payment transaction using the PGC the remaining credit on the PGC is reduced by the amount of such transaction. In case the local currency where the PGC is used differs to the currency the PGC was issued in, the deduction amount of the payment transaction will be calculated upon the average conversion rate between the two currencies at issue during the preceding calendar month. In case the payment to be made is higher that the remaining credit on the PGC the difference has to be paid in cash, by check or by credit card.

The available credit on the PGC cannot be redeemed in cash. No interest will be paid on the credit of the PGC.

The PGC is valid for seven years from the time of activation as far as no transactions have been conducted with the PGC during this time. If there is a transaction within this period of time the validity of the card is prolonged for another seven years, always calculated from the date of the last transaction. The date of activation, respectively the last transaction will be printed on the sales slip when the card is used. Additionally the expiry date can be checked in each of the participating stores or under Until the expiry date the PGC can be charged by impayment of any amount (up to a total value of maximum Euro 750) at any cash desk in all participating PUMA Stores. After expiry the remaining credit can be transferred on a new PGC, the old PGC will be deactivated automatically with the expiry date.

The PGC is a bearer paper and has to be handled like cash. The PGC can be used by any person which is in possession of the card. The PUMA Stores are not obliged to check the identity of a person which is using the card.

It is not possible to cancel the card. Any liability of PUMA AG or the participating stores in relation to, including but not limited to, misuse, theft, loss, etc. for the credit on the PGC is explicitly excluded and the credit on the PGC will not be refunded - this limitation of liability does not exclude claims in case of gross negligent or deliberate acts by PUMA AG, the participating PUMA Stores and its employees. Safe the above the risk of loss and misuse remains entirely with the owner of the PGC and he has to keep and handle it with special diligence.

If any portion of this Terms and Conditions (T&C) or its application shall be held or deemed to be invalid, inoperative or unenforceable, then the remainder of this T&C or the application of such remainder shall not be affected thereby, provided, however that if any provision or application thereof is invalid, inoperative or unenforceable, then a suitable and equitable provision or application thereof which shall be valid, operative and enforceable shall be substituted thereof in order to carry out, as far as possible, the intent and purpose of the invalid, inoperative or unenforceable provision or application thereof. The same shall apply if there is deemed a gap in this T&C.
